Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your HOPPP! account and all associated data at any time. Once processed, this action cannot be undone.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to privacy@kobar.co from the Google account you used to sign in. Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your account and authentication data
  • Goal text you entered
  • Challenge session history and logs
  • Friend phone numbers (if you added any)
  • All other server-side data associated with your account

What Stays on Your Device

Your app blocking list is stored locally on your device and is not affected by account deletion. To remove it, uninstall the app or clear app data from your device settings.

Timeline

We will process your deletion request and remove all server-side data within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

Alternative: Sign Out and Uninstall

If you simply want to stop using the app, you can sign out from the dashboard and uninstall HOPPP! from your device. Your server-side data will be retained until you request deletion. To ensure your data is removed, submit a request via email.
